**About the Role**
- As a part of the TD SYNNEX's Global Identity and Access Management team (IAM), the Identity and Access Analyst is responsible for the compliant data entry of approved user accounts and access rights requests while ensuring compliance to controls defined by TD SYNNEX's IT Security, Audit and Governance divisions of TD.
- This individual works closely with their internal peers, IAM Specialists, and other IT Security leaders to securely review and manage authorizations that access information and perform critical business/IT functions.
**What You'll Do**
- Administers TD SYNNEX's global personnel's' onboarding, user account setup, access creation, modifications, and their compliant licensing. (50%)
- Primary facilitator for removal of access from TD SYNNEX systems upon end user separation from TD SYNNEX. (30%)
- Assists in the administration of governance processes which leverage technology managed by TD IAM resources. (10%)
**What We're Looking For**
- Some College with IT field of study required.
- 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
- Other Education / Certifications: Selection of security and technology certifications and/or equivalent proven work experience
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and local language.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

**Working Conditions**:
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- On-call availability required as necessary.
