**Job Description**:
- Establish, build and strengthen internal relationships with production control, development, customer support and implementation and leverage those relationships to resolve connectivity issues.
- Establish, build and strengthen external relationships with payers and trading partners to understand needs, requirements, demands, and issues.
Effectively communicate with clients on issue resolution activities and alternatives.
- Triage reported issues from implementation, support, RMs, development and other avenues, working collaboratively with team to promptly reply with any known status.
- Work collaboratively with teams to identify issues, conduct research, develop plans for resolution, and engage appropriate internal and external staff to execute the solution.
- Work collaboratively to make technical judgments based upon understanding of the business process and client needs whereby a routing change or modification should (or needs to be) changed.
- In-depth analysis of historical error rates by payer to understand overall payer health and predict possible future issues.
- Proactively look for possible issues, improvements, or cost savings using available data.
- Support inquiries from sales and customer support on connectivity related questions and monitor areas for improvement.
- Monitor daily audit operations activity to detect trends and pinpoint problems with payers and trading partners.
- Understand and document cost differences when alternate routing methods must be utilized.
- Monitori and follow up on high failure rates using Splunk dashboards
- Monitor web capture using Web Capture Monitoring tool
- Understand, document, and configure routing settings (Payer Priority, Mr. Pingy, etc) to aid in evaluating non-primary route traffic
- Open and perform timely follow up on tickets/cases with payers and other entities in order to resolve issues
- Create a root cause analysis document as needed or requested
- Request tool enhancements as needed
- Document issues in Jira, SalesForce, or any other established tools.
- Assist in running KPI reports and analysis for trending
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or other related field preferred.
- 3 years prior business analyst, data analytics, production control or production monitoring preferred.
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management software and technology preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
- Network or EDI experience preferred.
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
