We are seeking a Client Success Representative  to join our team and ensure exceptional service for our clients who manage global operations.
This role is crucial for maintaining strong relationships, providing proactive follow-up, and ensuring the seamless coordination of client needs.
The ideal candidate thrives on detail-oriented work and excels at communication and relationship management.
Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for inquiries and updates.
Monitor and manage client orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery through various logistical channels.
Track and oversee the status.
Conduct follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns and offering solutions proactively.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order statuses, and feedback to ensure transparency and accountability.
Prepare and share regular status reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements Academic/Training Minimum Academic Training: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience Analyst level: 1-3 years of experience in client success, account management, logistics, or a similar role.
Junior level: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in any professional role (related experience is not mandatory).
Skills Proficiency in English (advanced level required).
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Job Details Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, daytime full-time schedules only.
Work Modality: Hybrid (2 days work from home).
Locations:  San Pedro, SJ, Costa RIca Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary with benefits in compliance with local regulations, plus additional remote work allowances.
