**Job Description**:
Work with the Client Success Automation Team to build "Apps" using Microsoft's Power Apps and Power Automate.
This person will work with internal clients following a Scrum-Agile development framework.
On this project the intern might need to meet with business/process SMEs and analyze the feasibility of the automation as well as work with business developers building the Power Apps solutions.
**Functions**:
- Extract steps from process observations, manage business exceptions.
- Collaborates directly with other internal groups to successfully resolve the automation task to the internal user's satisfaction.
- Interpret project specifications and utilize the most effective approach to produce the desired results accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain constant communication with the business developer and business analyst on the project progress.
- Work on assigned tasks during a sprint to create a minimum viable product.
- Design app interfaces with Power Apps.
- Code on Power FX (The low-code language used across Microsoft Power Platform) the required functionalities of the product iteration.
- Attend to the Team's Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review).
- Analyze tools, procedures, systems, making recommendations for new technology.
**Qualifications**:
- IT or Development related study fields.
- Strong PC skills in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge with Smart Automation Technologies (RPA, Chatbot, Power Apps, etc.)

- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
