**Job Description**:
Role Purpose: Performs and/or supports manual and automated quality validations tasks to ensure that products outputs meet client specifications.
Communicates with processing analysts, business analysts on product issues looking for solutions to have the products delivered on time and with full quality to our clients.
Major Job Functions
- Collaborate with internal and external groups to complete and deliver programs with full quality.
- Validate coding based on client requirements.
- Log issues discovered on QA process to track, monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned jobs looking for improvements.
- Troubleshooting and help on implementing necessary program changes, updates, or additions
- Communicate status with team members, end users and clients within client expectations.
- Analyze data using internal tools and manual process including reporting analysis and dumps validations.
- Process multiple projects prioritizing accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in the Computer Programmer/Analyst area
- 2 - 4 years' experience in a data processing or computer operations field.
Technical experience.
Mandatory knowledge:
- GVAP/Excelsior Studio
- SAS Validator
- Prescreen, Account review, Archive, Dataprep
- SME on at least 1 Strategic/High touch client.
Looking for:
- A highly motivated analyst who loves working on a high performing team
- Good analytical skills (problem identification).
- Detail oriented.
- Good organizational skills.
- Collaborative, a solid communicator, and work well with your team and stakeholders.
- Multitasking and Time Management skills
- Strong PC skills, may include, Excel, SQL, IBM DB2.
It'd be great if you also have:
- Aperture use to pull profiles
- Experience with automation
- JCL, mainframe knowledge.
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Lean/SixSigma certification
- Knowledge of US consumer credit policies, procedures and regulations highly preferred Mandatory knowledge:
