**Job Description**:
Experian Employer Services (EES) is seeking a **D&E Support Associate** to join its _Data & Enablement_ team.
This new position will assist with client onboarding activities, account provisioning duties, and other data management initiatives in support of various EES service offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer care in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking.
- Collaborate with internal EES teams to manage support duties that empower EES service offerings.
- Assist with the management of request tickets, project deliverables, and related documents for client onboarding, provisioning, account maintenance, client assurance, and/or data integrity for all Employer Services products.
- Diagnose, research and resolve moderate to complex problems related to client data setup, credentialing, agency registration, account maintenance, data issues, file research, and online portal access requests.
- Clearly communicate ongoing status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Mentor teammates on processes, best practices, prioritization, and issue resolution.
- Flexibility to be a utility player where needed as this business evolves.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years previous experience within advanced client service environment with emphasis on assisting with managing intake request queues, client onboarding tasks, account registration activities, data quality initiatives, and ongoing data management or equivalent.
- Excellent problem solver, who can resolve issues effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Action-oriented individual with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal),
- Conscientious self-starter, with a work attitude that exhibits flexibility, good judgment, and dependability.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Confident in managing relationships across internal teams, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Enterprise-level B2B experience working on a cross-functional team.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Previous experience within the Employer Services industry.
- Knowledge of human capital management (HCM) systems and/or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings.
- Confident in managing relationships across internal teams, both face-to-face and remotely.
