Client Ops Analyst

Job Description As part of the Client Operations team, you will support our media and finance teams across our portfolio of agencies by handling various functions involved in the media billing process and other administrative duties.Admin tasks such as keeping calendar deliverables, creation and tracking of platform access, and distro list management.Data entrySupport media billing processes across stakeholdersLiaise with agency support services, vendors, and internal teams to resolve media billing issuesSource and compile information for client reportingSupporting vendor compliance processesKeeping track of media authorizationsReporting responsibilities during the Billing CycleSupporting and collaborating with brands & agency projects.Associate Responsibilities:• Update MediaTools Flowcharts based on budget changes• Actualize MediaTools Flowcharts based on monthly delivery • Generate Excel reports from MediaTools • Maintain trackers of all flowchart revisions and budgets QualificationsB2 or above English language levelBachelor's Degree+1 year of experience with Finance or Accounting rolesSkills:Microsoft Excel: Intermediate-AdvancedNegotiation and project management skills Proactive and purposeful person Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and numerical skills Process-oriented Great ability for time management and independency
