**Job Description**:
The Integration Engineer will be responsible for researching and analyzing client requests as well as implementing several Experian products and exhibits a deep knowledge base of the relevant products and solutions offered to clients.
The Integration Engineer will use tools such as Excel to analyze data, Adobe Acrobat to create and modify PDFs and will code algorithms within the Experian software.
Job Functions:

- Provide technical support for internal and external customers of EHC software solutions.
- Ensure all requests include all required information, and properly complete the requests following the information provided.
- As a technical support specialist, it will be necessary to review and assess all requests, understand them, and provide guidance where is needed.
- Meaningful response/resolution to assigned requests within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frames.
- Assist implementation consultants and account specialists with technical aspects of new customer implementations.
- Become a SME for Product Delivery that can be independent but also can work as a team.
- As a technical support specialist, it will be necessary to review software requirements, analyze, providing necessary feedback, design and develop the code based on the needs of our clients, test your code and work with internal groups to ensure it is what has been requested.
**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, certification highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with different file formats and extensions (TXT, CSV, XLSX, and others).
- Familiarity with PDF creation and manipulation.
- Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent problem solving and self-direction are critical.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, take initiative and prioritize multiple work items.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.
- Ability to follow supplied specifications with a very high degree of accuracy is required.
- Must have programming knowledge and able to code:

- Must know basic concepts.
- Must be able to code basic to medium algorithms.
- Must be able to debug.
Desired/Plus:

- Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce and Confluence
- Javascript, Java or C#
- SQL
