**Job Description**:
**What you'll be doing**

The Experian Partner Solutions Client Technical Implementation team within the Experian Consumer Services business is seeking a talented Client Technical Implementation and Test Specialist to join our team.
This role will work closely with all departments to test new product releases from end to end.
Additionally, assessing the ability to rollout the new feature/function against current client implementations, validate bugs, and document process.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Understand the business and work with the other parts of the organization to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Learn the platform, eventually becoming a SME for all new product configurations and client implementations.
- Document bugs with steps to reproduce and work with engineering teams for reproduction of the issues and test the bug fixes in UAT.
- Communicate test plan, timeline and other relevant information to the internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate actively in release review meetings conducted by the engineering teams.
- Contribute to team success by continually striving for improvements in process, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance and/or UAT
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- A good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in writing SQL scripts for running queries to collect data for testing and analysis.
- Proficient in change management software tools/suites (Atlassian JIRA, Confluence)
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be able to execute all tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze risk and work with stakeholders on mitigation plans.
- Curious to learn new things, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
