Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing team at Auxis is rapidly growing as the company's annual revenue continue to increase by over 40% year over year given the high demand in the market for our nearshore outsourcing services as well as our consulting and automation capabilities.

The Client Development Associate for BPO Services plays a key role in continuing to drive and accelerate the growth of the organization. This position is responsible for developing and nurturing new leads from both inbound and outbound strategies that ultimately turn into new client wins for the company. The Client Development Associate will report to Auxis' Senior Client Development Associate.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Client Development Associate at Auxis, you will be focused on generating, qualifying, and nurturing new sales leads for the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services at Auxis that include Finance & Accounting, Customer Service, HR, and other emerging offerings.

To create leads, you will be leveraging two main channels to generate first-time meetings with our ideal buyers:
**You'll be responsible for**:

- Become an expert on Auxis' BPO Outsourcing Services and market trends to effectively position Auxis capabilities, value proposition and differentiators to ideal buyers
- Receive website MQLs from potential prospects on a daily basis and reach out to them in a timely manner in order to generate interest and schedule first-time meetings with you and the BPO Sales Team.
- In addition to inbound nurturing, you will be responsible for creating and executing ongoing outbound campaigns with targeted companies to generate additional first-time meetings by leveraging intent data as well as targeted company lists provided by the BPO team.
- Create, test, and continuously adjust messaging and campaign tactics based on performance and results.
- Participate in first-time meetings with clients and create associated deals and meeting notes in the CRM related to all the opportunities that you are involved with.
- Learn how to qualify BPO clients by understanding our typical minimum requirements to be an Auxis client and gather the necessary information from the customer in preparation for first-time meetings.
- Become an expert on overcoming key client objections throughout the sales process and learning the "Auxis way" to win clients.
- Perform research about the company and the client contacts you are meeting with, and make sure that all Auxis participants are prepared for the client meetings you are scheduling in advance of the calls.
- Track and monitor your performance versus targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including the preparation of reports to provide to your direct supervisor and to the BPO team.
- Support BPO marketing initiatives as needed, including driving attendance to webinars, supporting conferences, sharing content, etc.
- Stay active on LinkedIn by sharing thought leadership and content on a weekly basis, as well as connecting with all your existing prospects and potential buyers associated to your active campaigns.
- Participate in relevant networking groups (virtual and in-person) and conferences in order to support your lead generation efforts.
- Once the leads are qualified and handed off to the BPO sales team, you will continue to be responsible for monitoring the progress of those deals and providing sales support as needed throughout the process until the deal is closed.

Skills and Experience:
**Must Haves**:

- At least 3 to 4 years of B2B sales/lead generation experience focusing on the North America market
- High English Proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proven track-record building rapport and communicating effectively and professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives and decision-makers of large organizations
- Experience using LinkedIn as part of their prior sales roles
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Has received basic B2B sales training and is familiar with key sales terms and principles
- Street-smart and fast learner
- Flexible, curious, and self-driven
- Team player
- Persistence and strong drive to succeed

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience selling similar nearshore outsourcing services (BPO or ITO) to similar buyer personas (e.g. CFO, CIO, COO)
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficient in Hubspot
- Proficient in ZoomInfo or similar tools
- Proficient in other sales automation tools
- Knowledge in Sandler Sales Methodologies (or similar)
