The General Services Travel Management Sr. Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading strategies to reduce expenses across Citi, in coordination with the Corporate Services function. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth knowledge to develop and execute strategies to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency. This role regularly assumes leadership role and has some supervisory responsibilities.
Responsible for the clusters' Corporate Vehicle and Ground Transportation Program including vehicle fleet, shuttle programs, rental, rail, taxi and black car services.
Responsibilities of this team include the end-to-end management of the cluster's Fleet and Ground Transportation Programs in line with the Global Strategy.
- Contribute to Transportation Program Design, Strategy & Integration
- Management of Senior Stakeholder Relationships (Country/Cluster Management, Human Resources)
- Contribute to Design & Implement Strategy to Achieve Carbon Net Zero per Citi's Commitment
- Program Compliance, Standardization and Enhancement
- Ensures Compliance to Citi's Expense Management Policy
- Risk & Controls Management
- End-to-End Corporate Vehicle Lifecycle (Acquisition-Maintenance/Reporting-Disposal)
- Requests for Proposal, Vendor Selection & Supplier Management
- Delivery of Global and Regional Projects and Programs
- Identify Opportunities for Business/Program/Process Savings & Efficiency
- Assessment & Management of Continuity of Business Transportation Requirements (in conjunction with CSIS, and in-country crisis team)
- Key Stakeholders Include: BTSS Cluster Lead, Sourcing, CSIS, Human Resources, Legal, Tax & Finance
