**CRS LATMEX Business Office - Assistant Vice President (C12)**
Reporting to the CRS Regional Business Office Head, assists in the management and oversight of activities in:
- Financial & Portfolio Management
- Information Systems Management
- Re
- Engineering & Process Transformation
- Human Resource Management
- Communication and Relationship Management
- Governance & Policy Management
- Other Initiatives and Projects (as directed)
To act in an inter-face capacity between CRS Regional, CRS Global, CRS Functional teams, EO&T and other stakeholders in the effective execution of the Corporate Real Estate strategy.
Assist in the management of the daily operations as directed by the Business Office Head and Sub-Region Head.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial & Portfolio Management
- Work with the Business Office Head, FP&A Divisional, Country and Regional staff to:
- Monitor the regional operating and capital budgets
- Assist in the routine reporting and forecasting of the regional budgets.
- Maintain portfolio and occupancy projections with accompanying metrics
- Support the Sub-Region Heads in routine and ad hoc financial reviews and reporting
- Assist with the review and reporting of all investment and productivity initiatives.
Information System Management
- Work with the Business Office Head, Sub-Region Head and IT staff to:
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and user support of CRS systems.
- Liaison with users in respective sub-region to ensure practices support high level of data quality and reliability
- Support the reporting required by Business Office Head and Sub-Region Head
Re
- Engineering & Process Transformation:
- Work with the Business Office Head to:
- To identify, encourage, initiate and monitor all re-engineering activities to improve efficiencies and/or reduce expenses respective Sub-Regions
- To manage and report on the Regions progress against the CRS Key Initiatives and Innovation Goals for respective Sub-Regions
Human Resources Management
- Work with the Business Office Head to:
- Support the CRS global talent and training programs
- Assist with resource supply / demand management and headcount reporting
Communication and Relationship Management
- Work with the Business Office Head to:
- Implement the CRS Global communication strategy for respective Sub-Regions
Governance & Policy Management
- Work with the Business Office Head to:
- Coordinate with Sub-region heads to facilitate internal audits and compliance reviews
- Partner with key stakeholders to address Audit and MCA items to resolution
- Manage process and reporting of DPC/OREO properties
- Policy communication and dissemination
**Qualifications**:
- Under graduate degree in applicable business discipline
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience of program/project management in general sense
- Experience of process re-engineering and management
- Knowledge and understanding of customer service quality principles.
- Strong project management and control techniques.
- Good IT skills covering all Microsoft Office products and MS Project, spreadsheet /analytical/modeling skills.
