Your Role and Responsibilities
As part of a Latin America Region, this role will work together and aligned to other CIC Leads, implementing similar strategies, and working towards same goals and metrics. This leader will participate in weekly and monthly meetings to share center results related to growth, utilization, and revenue targets.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 6 years of experience in leadership skills with proven track record in delivering on-time, on-budget results
- Experience with client/account management (internal or external)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven ability to significantly grow an area (i.e. number of resources, number of practices, revenue, etc.)
- At least 10 years of experience in leadership skills with proven track record in delivering on-time, on-budget results.
- Experience with Recruiting and Interviewing
- Experience with client/account management
