As a Channel Operations, Sr. Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of our administrative operations. With your proven organizational skills and attention to detail, you will compete with the best in the industry to drive operational excellence and contribute to the success of our team.

Are you ready to take on an outstanding and exciting opportunity as a Channel Operations, Sr. Analyst at Baxter Healthcare Corporation? We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of demonstrating outstanding talent and ambition to join our world-class administrative team in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Determine and implement efficient administrative processes to optimize channel operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency
- Analyze data and generate insightful reports to drive data-driven decision making
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion within the administrative team
- Successfully implement new systems and technologies to improve operational capabilities

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role with proven key finance proficiencies
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) B2
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attentive to details and committed to delivering exceptional work quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
