**Job Summary**:
This position will drive messaging, manage channel programs and support channel marketing efforts to support growth of channel partners.
The Channel Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing and executing programs to drive leads, campaigns and promotions to enhance channel partnerships.
Responsibilities will include managing reseller promotional budgets, process and campaigns; managing partner program, analyzing sales trend data, anticipating requirements and implementing strategic and tactical channel marketing plans.
An effective collaborator and strong team player, the Channel Marketing Specialist works cross-functionally with other groups including product marketing, public and media relations, marketing operations, outbound marketing, sales and product management.
**Principal Duties & Responsibilities Required**:

- Management of various aspects of the partner program
- Market Development Fund Management
- Management of Quarterly Promotion Process
- Channel Lead Distribution

**Other Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Additional duties as assigned
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards

**Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required**:

- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years of marketing and or communications experience
- Experience working with B2B Channel partners such as DMR's, Distributors, Resellers
- Must have strong analytical skills with extreme proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional presence and communications skills
- Strong understanding of commercial networking and selling in a B-to-B environment
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use common office equipment.
- Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.
- Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

- Able to effectively multi-task.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
Minimum Educational/Certifications Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate degree its a plus.
**Working Conditions**:

- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- Professional environment.
- Remote / Work-from-home.
- Frequent Travel Required (25%).
