Our team in **Heredia** currently has an opening for a **Change Mangement Project Coordinator**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
We are looking for a temporary position (6 months) Projects Coordinator in the area of Change Management to support with the following elements:
- Communication Material Development: Support with the creation and revision of clear and consistent communication materials for various channels and meetings.
- Stakeholder Mapping and Training: Provide support for training sessions, such as "New Ways of Working"
- Resource and Initiative Assessment: Support the effectiveness evaluation of Change Management initiatives regularly. Recommend and implement additional resources or initiatives as needed to enhance success.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
You are the right fit for this project if you are eager to work on a strategic topic and have the following background and relevant competencies:
Relevant background
Business Administration, or similar. The following backgrounds would be a plus: Change Management, Marketing & Communications Finance & Controlling.
Relevant competencies:

**Build networks**: Effectively building formal and informal relationships inside and outside the organization.
**Communicate effectively**: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

**Additional Skills**: Bilingual English Spanish, Office 360 (Word, Power Point, Basic Excel)
