What You'll Do We are seeking a strong candidate with experience in Change Management and Communications to support a digital product portfolio team focused on Legal products (such as contract management tools, AI-powered contract review tools, etc.).
This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for rolling out Legal product changes to BCG Lawyers, Consulting, and Business Support teams, driving user adoption and satisfaction.
In this position, you will also interact and collaborate with team members across BCG as well as external partners, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions.
A passion for communications and organizational change is essential for success in this role.
You're Good At Change management in an agile software/digital product context, adapting quickly to changes and ensuring flawless transitions.
Experience in proactively coordinating with multiple groups, balancing different needs and priorities to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
Driving strategies independently with some management oversight, taking ownership of projects from start to finish and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Adopting the end users' perspective, understanding their needs, and bringing those insights to advise product and change management decisions.
Engaging with end users to identify difficulties and use cases, ensuring their experiences and needs shape the solutions we provide.
Growing and evolving in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values efficiency and teamwork.
Examining, analyzing, and improving performance metrics to consistently optimize key performance indicators for success.

Demonstrating experience in Legal products, bringing an added advantage to the team through specialized knowledge in these areas.
What You'll Bring - 5+ years of meaningful experience; consulting management experience is a plus.
- Strong influencing, networking, and relationship-building skills with senior partners.
- Experience in Change Management disciplines, approaches, and applications.
Project management experience is a plus - Experience in Communications campaigns across various stakeholder sets, and large audiences, tailored to influencing behaviors - Excellent problem structuring and solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages for diverse audiences.
Who You'll Work With In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a variety of key stakeholders.
You'll work closely with Senior Change Teammates to partner with the Product Portfolio Lead and Product Owners to align strategy and execution for the digital product portfolio.
You'll also work together with the Product GTM (Go-to-Market), Change and Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE) members, ensuring that change management strategies are successfully implemented and adopted across the organization.
Additionally, you'll engage with the BCG Legal Team, Consulting Teams, and Functional Leadership, creating a cohesive and collaborative environment to drive successful product rollouts and adoption.
