Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor all requests initiated from technician/sub-contractor
- Responsible for maintaining reports of all riders delivered and executed
- Create Estimate in Compass based on information captured from technician
- Deliver riders to identified customer contact
- Follow up on and track outstanding riders
- Attach signed rider in Compass and submit rider for booking
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- High School Diploma
.English B2+
**Experience**:
- 6 months coordination experience.
- Experience within a customer service role is preferred
**Skills**:
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Functional personal computer skills: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Fundamental knowledge of security system hardware (BA, FA, CCTV, Card Access) is preferred
