Job Description Your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of the projects related not only to our already established markets but in new markets, as well.  In this role, you will review the technical aspects of our projects and evaluate and provide appropriate technical compliance advice to the company business on new jurisdictions and new products.  Coordinate, process and monitor product certification projects for established and new regulated igaming markets Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong and positive relationships with igaming regulators, accredited testing facilities (ATFs), internal departments, external customers and other stakeholders in the regulatory landscape Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements Ensure that all products are certified and approved as per jurisdictional standards Maintain knowledge and assist in the analysis of igaming technical compliance standards in established and newly regulated markets Within the remit of the role, identify, improve, and document business processes to align with compliance requirements and increase the efficiency of such processes Assist with maintaining a library of technical standard documents, and in keeping accurate and up-to-date records for product certifications Develop project plans and track progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones/deliverables and dependencies, and manage expectations as needed in consideration of progress/outcomes, ensuring that all work is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget where appropriate Prepare any relevant reports and summaries to ensure timely dissemination of information to all interested parties, including senior management, department heads, and external regulatory bodies as appropriate Provide training as needed  Any other ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time to satisfy the needs of the role Qualifications 2+ year experience in a technical/IT role or other relevant role (igaming would be an advantage); Secondary education; Fluent English and Spanish, both verbal and written; Understanding of igaming products; Good level of computer skills, experience in spreadsheets; Basic knowledge in Project Management; Customer-oriented mindset; Experience working with distrbuted teams and peers; High sense of responsibility, motivation & result driven attitude; Good analytical skills and attention to details; Adaptability and stress resistance; Good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate professionally with external and internal clients alike.
