Technology Development ATA Central Automation Operation is hiring an Operations Group Leader with a can-do attitude to lead a team responsible for providing L1/L2 oncall support for TD Factory Automation Systems.
This group will be comprised of Technicians/Engineers and GB Contractors working compressed work week schedules.
In this role you will have the opportunity to drive fundamental improvements in automation operations capabilities to increase manufacturing efficiency, tool availability, output, cycle time, and labor productivity.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide guidance to team members in the group to achieve both business and people goals/objectives successfully.
- Establish, develop, and foster strong stakeholder, customer, and partner relationships with-in TD ATA and TD Manufacturing organizations.
- Explore emerging business disruptions and ideas in the industry and identifying opportunities to influence internal product roadmaps with specific product supportability features.
- Leading large projects and teams to support Factory objectives.
- Making critical factory automation decisions under stressful crisis situations.
- Define an inspiring vision for the team and develop and nurture a high performing team with focus on establishing an inclusive work environment.
- Driving a positive Intel culture on the shifts as well as across the shift/s.
- Ability to influence and shape outcomes with senior technical and management stakeholders.
- Communication skills to articulate complex technical and business issues and solutions to varied audiences of technical experts and managers at multiple levels.
- Ability to handle high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
- Calm under fire, able to make critical decisions that may affect the revenue of the TD Factories.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience in manufacturing or automation systems
- 4 years of experience as Manager or lead on Technical Support Teams
- Advanced English level
- Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in People management.
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing or automation systems
