**Key Responsibilities**
- Reconcile bank accounts to ensure that payments are applied in a timely manner, in addition to other highly complex business unit reconciliations.
- Ensure following up with the team on the monthly closing processes so that all established tasks are accomplished in accordance with the business unit.
- Resolve all requests made by internal or external customers according to the processes and policies of the company.

-Develop extensive knowledge in company systems and/or platforms for different divisions. To know the "end to end" of the different processes of the department.
- Provide support and advice to other members of the team in investigations, resolution of doubts and special cases of high complexity.
- Support their leader in handling escalations (as the first point of contact) that may arise at the process level, with their teammates in highly complex scenarios.
- Provide timely visibility to leaders of difficult team cases and special request updates, issuing resolution criteria to the supervisor accordingly.
- Lead the timely follow-up of outstanding receivables to be applied from the respective division in a general way and give visibility to Collections, to meet the team's KPIs.
- Actively and consistently engage in discussions with other directly involved parties by video call or telephone and conduct relevant investigations for the purpose of clarifying any details necessary for resolution and with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Ensure resolution of all Cash Apps Hub tickets and other requests ( including credit card and shared mailboxes) from the team within the established SLAs through the correct process.
- Prepare and/or review all periodic statistics and reports, ensure timely and accurate adherence to timeliness and KPI metrics.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement of processes related to the department, to propose new strategies and share best practices.

-Support supervisors and management in the implementation of strategies, projects and established guidelines, in order to further develop their leadership qualities.
- Focus on priorities through the use of policies, data and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers and others involved in the processes; Identify timeliness and expectations; and support the training of new employees and/or advises team members in researching and resolving any concerns.
- Provide support and make any other request that is required by the needs of the company.
- Comply with company ethics and integrity standards; using the open-door policy in the execution of the processes.
