**CASH APPLICATION JUNIOR ANALYST**:
Our team in **Heredia** currently has an opening for a **Cash Application Junior Analyst**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ensure unapplied cash are identified and investigated.

Review and reconcile all payments received on a current and daily basis
Prepare detailed, accurate and organized accounts receivable reconciliations for customer requests as well as internal requests
Identify and communicate discrepancies in payments received with collections team
Focus on managing portfolio of receivable accounts and ensure aged balances remain within the set business targets
Prepare scheduled /ad hoc financial analysis reports
Adhere to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures.
Resolve operational issues and escalate to supervisor where necessary.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Strong team player
Familiar with office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
Good knowledge of ERP
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)

0 - 3 years of work experience
Industry or shared services experience is an added advantage.
Have experience in Finance and Accounting.
