Cash Application Front-Line Manager

**What you will do**
- Handle the escalations of issues from Collections, Billing, and Sales to drive timely andsuccessful resolutions
- Develop team members to reach their professional potential
- Monitor team performance and address any training or performance issues
- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities that drive global standardization
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to help drive higher levels of success for the entire company
- Provide reports on weekly or monthly basis to track productivity and performance for team

**What experience you need**
- 3 years of supervisory/management experience
- University graduate; preferably in business administration, finances, accounting, or related fields
- English fluency required B2/C1
- 90% knowledge of Excel skills
