- Ability to work with credit cards and checking accounts enrollment.
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and to communicate with others is crucial.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma as minimum academic requirement.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Cash Application.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience understanding the Lockbox Process and banking terminology.
- Experience maintaining control over cash; understanding bank statements and reconciliation of Bank Statements.
- Excellent communication skills as this role will be conducting external conversations with the Banks: Banking Relationship (Lockboxes) and regular internal conversations with Accounting, IT, Collections, AP, among others.
