Case Management Analyst

The LSEG Due Diligence team employs more than 470 people around the world in centres in Panama, China, India, Malaysia, Jordan, and Poland. We provide our customers with research and business insights that enable them to handle reputational and legal risks to make conscious business decisions. Our clients look to us to provide comprehensive third-party risk management solutions and robust technology to support their business needs.

We offer a full range of services including advisory, due diligence and compliance technology.

Position Summary

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the case allocation system which includes case allocation, confirmed case fee and due date, update information into the system and communicate the information to relevant parties.
- Liaise with research teams to update research information into the system accurately and timely.
- Analyze and prepare monthly reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Skills & Competences
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills to feel comfortable when collaborating with a number of different teams
- Very good analytical and critical thinking skills to enable you to look for alternative solutions when facing e.g. system errors
- Aptitude for work in a fast paced and goal-oriented environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills,

Basic Qualifications
- First level university degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages, both spoken and written (sophisticated level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (sophisticated level).
- Previous experience in reports, analysis and research or equivalent.
