**CALL REPRESENTATIVE**

**DEFINITION**

**SUPERVISION RECEIVED/EXERCISED**
Receives supervision from the Owner.
**IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
Daily duties focus primarily on giving information about the company to potential clients and handling daily administrative tasks.
- Calling through a list of potential clients.
- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company's services, a political talking point appeal to persuade potential customers.
- Explaining the different services to clients.
- Answering customer questions about the service.
- Obtaining customer information such as name and address for moving services
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
Also, keep notes of important and personal details for future reference.
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

**JOB-RELATED AND ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Persistence: must not give in on the first negative answer from the potential customer but persist in informing the customer about their product or services.
- Focus and determination: must focus on sales results during a set scheduled earnings period for the company or organisation.
- Telephone sales: Previous telephone sales experience.
- Time management: must know how to manage time when speaking to many customers daily.
- Quick learning: should thoroughly know the services provided and how to sell them with a focus on a customer's demographics such as age, gender, belief et cetera.
- Customer service: should be a good customer service worker who knows how to deal with their potential customers.
Customer service skills mean understanding customer needs and behaviours as well as responding appropriately to a customer's questions or concerns.
- Communication: Must have good spoken and written English and a professional presentation (professional working environment in background, able to present themselves well on Zoom, etc).

- Computer skills:

- Full knowledge of Office 365 (Powerpoint presentation, Excel inventories, Word documents, etc)
- Experience handling Google reviews
- Microsoft Teams
- G-suite
- CRMs

**Location**:
Remote.
Work from Home / Anywhere

**Communication**:

- Spanish is a big plus.
**Hours**:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm US Central Time

**Salary**:
$1,000 USD/Month + Performance bonus

**Salary**: From ¢1,000.00 per month
