**B2C Sales Management **Professional**

The Sales ManagementPosition will be an integral part of the development of our marketing company.
You will be instrumental in ensuring all program/projects deadlines are met with regular communication to all invested parties.
This is a fast-paced position requiring a self-driven, motivated professional.
The job will require constant communication with internal/external customers while complying with regulatory and company quality requirements.
This position will be demanding and will require your ability to multi-task.
In addition, we operate a small call center, and hospitality business along with an online marketing company.
You will be required to work Full-time 6 days a week from 9am to 6pm.

**B2C **Sales Operations **Responsibilities**
- Organizing company programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization and customers.
- Collecting information from all invested parties for weekly Business Review.
- Creating and managing required actions from customers, contractors' delivery schedules, internal operation schedules, and ensuring company goals are met.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the active marketing campaigns.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas

for improvement.
- Coordinating teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, customer retention safety, quality, and team performance.
- Implementing and communicating changes and interventions to ensure marketing goals are achieved.
- Holding motivating meetings with contractors to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of campaign status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks.
- Working on strategy with the marketing team.
- Proven experience in program management.
- Proven contractor management skills.
- Proven experience leading a team that met or exceeded company goals.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Understanding of project management and team building.

Pay: ¢170,000.00 - ¢250,000.00 per week
