- Telephone Answering Service
- Mailing attendance
- Troubleshooting (Technical support)
- Resolution of basic financial queries
- Case tracking
- Escalation of interdepartmental consultations

**Qualifications**:

- 6 months experience in customer service
- Secondary School.
- English Basic Level
- Ms Office intermediate level
