Update various drawings as changes are made, utilizing computer-aided drafting techniques.- Gather data to complete drawings by visiting the site directly. Conduct surveys of space and prepare reports.- Verify the development of maps and drawings that are spatially accurate and technically correct.- Work with internal and external partners to obtain details of projects, including equipment, materials, and codes.- Collect on-site information and store it electronically to maintain current building conditions and data.- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance**What You'll Need**- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
