**What you'll do**:
- **Will serve as the first point of contact for internal customers, Billing Ops, and internal departments at a Tier 1 level**:
- **Ability to identify problems experienced by users, utilizing problem-solving skills**:
- **Resolves the issue or engages other technical resources (Tier 2) in order to resolve, tracks progress through resolution, and effectively communicates the resolution to the requestor**:
- **Work closely with the OTC (Order to Cash) BAU team on cross-functional issues**:
- **Identify opportunities (based on the type of issues reported) to provide "refresher" training and/or updates to current documentation**:
- **Creates Release Notes for BAU fixes moving to Production**:
**What experience you need**:
- **Bachelor's degree in a business or related field is required or more than 1 year of equivalent work experience**:
- **1+ years of experience in sales support, contract management, or other related fields**:
- **1+ years of experience in analytical and problem resolution**:
- **Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (B2+ minimum, Belt)**:
- **1+ years of experience with Google Suite**:
