The Global C2C Segmentation and Strategy Analyst is responsible for monitoring and conducting detailed analyses regarding the effectiveness of the collections strategies in use by the regional teams, and to coordinate with the commercial teams to align customer interaction strategies as needed.
Leveraging advanced analytical skills and competencies, the Global C2C Segmentation and Strategy analyst translates data into actionable insights and specific recommendations on adjusting C2C strategies, either globally, regionally, or specific to sales channels, and to identify systemic underutilization of the C2C technology in executing processes to achieve organization goals
- Define methodology to assess the effectiveness of collection strategies
- Analyze results and improve use of technology to optimize strategies, including working with technology providers for enhancements and improvements
- Identify opportunities for enhancing operational processes using AI
- Conduct regular analyses to measure effectiveness and identify strategy improvements
- Collaborate with FIS product specialists in recommendations to improve the organization's use of Predictive Metrics capability
- Coordinate with the C2C Global Analysts to identify patterns and data correlation that indicate opportunities for improvement of strategies
- Leverage C2C Global Analysts to quantify the opportunities in corrective actions related to dispute resolution or billing remediation that impact DSO and/or customer experience
- Conduct regular analyses to measure the effectiveness of the segmentation model and identify improvements in collaboration with Commercial Team
- Collaborate with Baxter regional commercial teams to identify strategies related to customers / customer types to enhance customer interactions that support commercial goals
- Liaise with C2C RPOs, Credit and Commercial teams to periodically review and enhance the collection strategies
- Provide analytic support to teams expanding the existing C2C technology to additional countries, BU's, legal entities, or acquisitions.
- Keep up to date and expand the knowledge of key information systems in use, analytical tools and methodologies
- Maintain an understanding of the data models in use, data required for the business, and support improved standardization and completeness of data used
- Supports the development of a common "analytic language" of principles and definitions to use in all of the organisation's analytic processes

Requeriments

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or alternatively Computer Sciences.
- 5+ years experience in SSC or similar corporate role with primary focus on financial / commercial analysis

English advance
- Functional knowledge of the accounts receivable and dispute management processes.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Data modeling and visualization competencies (Tableau or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of analytics techniques and tools necessary to effectively analyse, predict and influence business performance.
(Alteryx or similar)
- Analytical programming language skills such as SAS, R, Python, SQL
