You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelez International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

**How you will contribute**

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

**What you need to know about this position**:
Mondelez International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Buying Support Specialist to join our MDS team in Costa Rica. The primary responsibility of this role is the management and administration of contracts within SAP. Key tasks include data verification and entry for materials, vendors, terms, quantities, and demand. Additionally, the Buying Support Specialist will be responsible for handling purchase orders, including modification and maintenance within the system.

**What extra ingredients you will bring**:

- Contribute to growth objectives by providing ideas and participating in training sessions.
- Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including the ability to run macros.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
- Preferred experience in billing processes, accounting knowledge, Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies such as Six Sigma (Greenbelt), Kaizen, or Lean (Yellowbelt).
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, dynamism, and a strong desire to advance within the company.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Education / Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

**Job specific requirements**:

- Proficiency in SAP is required.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields is advantageous.
