About the Role: Provide the necessary support to all functional areas of the company for MROs (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations) purchases.
GBS Services Your Responsibilities Include: Perform the supplies and assets purchase procedures regarding MROs for the company, which are acquired through local and international providers.
Additional Responsibilities: Follow up on MRO purchase orders.
Generate requisitions and purchase orders in the system.
Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals as per the procedures, in order to be able to make MRO purchases.
Maintain good relations with suppliers Maintain good relations with internal clients by providing them with a good service Make comparisons in order to recommend MRO providers which are the best option, thus benefiting the company.
Generate savings Maintain the cost-quality relation, pursuing the maximum savings for the company.
Generate continuous improvement projects Generate monitoring reports on MRO What We're Looking For: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineeringor Field Related.
English Level desired: 80-100%.
Portuguese Level desired: 60-79%.
Desired knowledge: SAP, Ariba, Power BI At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
Or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
