**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
- Runs the order recommendation, reviews and releases orders according to MRP suggestions and considering stock rotation objectives and needs by dates
- Issue and Expedite Supplier Acknowledgement In Conformance to Agreed Final Purchase Order
- Follows the order acknowledgement received from suppliers and inputs the dates in the ERP systems
- Expedites open PO's to ensure timely delivery
- Ensures on time delivery for open orders to suppliers and works on establishing an efficient working cooperation with them
- Work Collaboratively with the Planning team to prevent shortage and to provide feedback on lead time requests or expedites
- Communicates suppliers related issues with sourcing group to ensure proper development measures are taken

**Education and/or Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- 0-2 years' experience in Purchasing or Production Scheduling/Planning
- N.A.P.M and/or A.P.I.C.S certification a plus

**Language Skills**
- English Proficiency Required

**Other requirements**
- Experience working with Oracle ERP system Preferred
- Good working knowledge of MRP
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
- Good analytic and problem-solving skills and be attentive to detail work in a dynamic environment.
