**What you'll do**:
Purchases and arranges timely deliveries of assigned items, supplies, and materials; expedites as needed and acts as liaison between vendors and users, getting prior approval for purchases in excess of established limit. Transactions may involve occasional modification of standard and common usage items, supplies, materials, and/or services. Conducts studies of material costs and supplier services and recommends changes in purchasing procedures to improve service and/or reduce cost. Interview's sales representatives and vendors.
A. Understands how to skillful negotiations with internal and external suppliers, solve problems, settle disputes; develop win-win resolutions, and develop positive relations through tact, diplomacy, and good judgment.
C. Understands and applies process channel knowledge for acquiring materials and/or services in order to ensure delivery requirements for commodities and/or service customers.
F. Prepares reports and other correspondence for use by Eaton SCM professionals.
G. Observe and follow the Environmental, Quality and Health rules required for this position.

**Qualifications**:
Full bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, related fields or any area with relevant experience in field
**Skills**:
**Technical knowledge**
- Intermediate English level (B1)
- Knowledge of supply chain and purchasing reporting systems.
- Good knowledge of supply chain and purchasing requirements. Sound knowledge of quality assurance and reporting accuracy.
**Preferred knowledge**:
- Knowledge of ERPs (Oracle, SAP)
**Soft skills**
- Good communications and customer care skills when interacting with both internal and/or external customers.
- Dealing with tight deadlines and agile environment
