In this position, you work with the Creative Director to choose and implement the graphic design direction and incorporate the best creative strategies and technology practices.
**What you'll do**:
- Planning, development, deployment & management of media content throughout diverse channels including social media, to boost GBS objectives stand-alone or in coordination with corresponding business units.
- Prototype, design, and launch GBS internal visual content campaigns in alignment with corporate brand guidelines, adhering to timelines and internal customer requirements.
- Understand abstract business strategies and transform them into consumable stories through visual content and storytelling.
- Support in creating templates & style guidelines through processes that embrace creativity but also standardization across units.
**What experience you need**:
- Graduate in a design-related field such as graphic design, advertising design
- 3+ years of professional experience in a graphics-related field
- Must have a Portfolio of graphical abstractions, presentations, campaigns, and advertising (static, dynamic, or animated)
- English language proficiency (B2+ minimum)
**What could set you apart**:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD & InDesign, Premiere, After Effects y Audition.
Audiovisual production, especially post-production (sound & video editing, animation, colorization).
Preferable experience in sound and video production.
- Understand abstract business strategies and transform them into consumable stories
- Highly collaborative style, to quickly build rapport and engage stakeholders and peers
- Storytelling through infographics
- Has relentlessly high standards, is never satisfied with the status quo, thinks outside the box, and thorough attention to detail.
- Can dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business or the technology
- Collaborate with peers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cohesive deliverables throughout the design process.
