The WW Sales Management Support is part of the WW Sales Strategy and Acceleration team.
This team enables Sales & WWSSA Ops teams to deliver on transformative outcomes by supporting them through best-in-class operational execution.
We are looking for Analyst II in our VMware's Worldwide Partner Operations team that manages nearly every company activity that touches our Partners.
That includes Partner Onboarding & Progression, Partner Program payments, Partner Compliance, Partner rebates, Partner M&As, Partner Data Services and support on Partner inquiries.
Our team act as a crucial connection between VMware and our partners and helps strengthen the relationship through excellence in service.

**Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
**
Within 30 days of employment, you will be able to understand the VMware Operational standard procedures, team ongoing projects and initiatives and get familiar with all line of business supported by WW SMS.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in working with the Partner Programs and Lifecycle operations team to ensure detailed responses to both internal/external stakeholder enquiries.
Within 90 days of employment, you will be processing all transactions and enquiries within the expected internal KPIs.
Help update and maintain partner information related to partner programs, trainings and certifications in PRM tool.
Validate new Partner enrollment forms and program payments based on defined program guidelines and support data cleansing activities in order to maintain data integrity in VMware's systems.
Within 180 days of employment, you will be able to work independently across distributed teams at different levels of the organization.
The Analyst II will be able to provide new suggestions to improve existing processes via Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking, actively participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, involve in periodic project status updates and support special assignments as needed.

- Work with the Partner Programs and Lifecycle operations team to ensure timely, accurate, and detailed responses to both internal/external stakeholder enquiries and escalate to management as appropriate
- Process all transactions and enquiries with defined KPIs - Quality, CSAT and SLAs.
- Review and Process Not For Resale, Internal Used Licenses, Support Codes and Evaluation licenses
- Update and maintain partner information related to partner programs, trainings and certifications in PRM tool
- Validate new Partner enrollment forms and program payments based on defined program guidelines
- Support data cleansing activities and maintain data integrity in VMware's systems
- Provide suggestions and ideas to enhance processes, partner experience, and simplicity of operation
- Provide program and periodic status updates and actively participate in meetings
- Support the documentation and maintenance process
- Assist with special projects as needed

Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local VMware office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager.
