- Shape and design in conjunction with the local departments and the corporate teams the digital route map for Heredia.

- Lead and coordinate activities with other BTS teams to make the agreements that define the Heredia's computing platform, promoting the efficient use of the systems with the least possible downtime, and achieving adequate maintenance, prevention, and continuous improvement routines.

- Be a team coordinator in the integration of Heredia to the AbbVie network control model, following risk approach, deep data analysis, predictability, and resiliency in the definition of accurate business continuity strategies

- Drive the organization to the IT world with prioritization, root cause analysis and automate remediation and alternatives

- Lead and promote business intelligence, integrations, and problem resolutions based on deep analysis and data science.

- Set agreements and good relationships with vendors and external parties including contracts, seeking the best support and services for the company under the values an ethics promoted by AbbVie.

- Advocate for the continuous improvement leading BTS initiatives linked with OPEX values reducing down-time, expediting support, reducing cost, and targeting the smart digital solutions considering data analytics.

- Design mechanisms (including procedures) to ensure the proper and efficient management of systems, infrastructure equipment, server, manufacturing hardware and auxiliary equipment used in the company.

- Lead with independency and strategy key projects for the facility and the BTS team

- Propose and track BTS metrics that drives the Heredia facility to a successful management following the best IT practices and information security

**Educación y Experiência**
- Professional in information technology and related field (desirable)
- At least 5 years of experience in the administration of information technology (essential)
