Huntsman is seeking a Business Systems Analyst supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in San Jose, Costa Rica.
This position will report to the Customer Service Manager.Job ScopeBusiness systems analyst plays a vital role in organizations by harnessing data-driven insights to optimize customer interactions and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
This role combines expertise in data analysis, technology utilization, and customer relationship management to deliver valuable insights that drive business growth, customer growth, commercial team capabilities and system improvement.As the Business Systems Analyst you will: Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of CRM data by overseeing and monitoring data entry, updates, and implementing system checks to prevent issues in our records.Manage global data changes, clean-ups, system maintenance, and database appending procedures.Develop queries, selections, and reports that are valuable to our staff.Collaborate with management and system users to analyze complex requests for information.Provide commercial reports with proactive analysis as required.Support all business units across the Americas with CRM activity and usage.Ensure the production and distribution of ad hoc listings from CRM and/or BI systems.Assist with strategic planning and analysis, project workflow management, data validation, and triggers.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to better understand customer long-term value and its drivers.Collaborate with Account Managers and various stakeholders to gather, clarify, and organize requirements for business decision-making.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and an ability to deliver insightful findings from data.Continuously validate, refresh, and cleanse data from various sources.Ensure that the commercial team is well-trained in CRM practices by overseeing the training of account managers, monitoring their progress, and actively sharing and updating training materials.Work with supply chain organizations to improve processes and SAP management.
?Required Qualifications:You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.2 + years of experience supporting CRM (customer relationship management), preferably SAP C4C.Minimum of 2-3 years of business experience, with a preference for experience working with systems and data (Power BI, Excel, SQL/preferred).3+ years of relevant analytical experience.Skills and Knowledge:Extensive experience in analyzing and documenting system flows, process flows, and workflows.Ability to generate and explain detailed reports, guidelines, and procedures.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve non-routine business issues using independent judgment.Understanding of commercial and supply chain environment and metrics.Huntsman offers unsurpassed opportunities to build a successful future.
