Business System Analyst

**Purpose**:- Serve as liaison and consultant between IT and non-IT audiences while providing structured analysis of functional, technical, and business requirements which may contribute to the successful design, build, and implementation of solutions.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in IT or similar engineering areas- Master's degree in IT or MBA will be considered as an advantage- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, architecture and/or development- Technical background and expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and/or Kafka- Knowledge in microservices and containerization architectures will be considered as an advantage- Certification or experience in Scrum framework and/or DevOps environments- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with business representatives to understand their target scenarios and produce user stories- Liaise with IT Architects, Product Owners, and DevOps Engineers to define implementation technical details- Ability to read through technical documentation and gain the needed knowledge to understand current and proposed environments- Ensure proper scope definition, prioritization, planning, and assigning of work activities- Able to coach, mentor, and proactively support existent colleagues in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team
