We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Barreal, Heredia, Costa Rica.

Business Analyst The Business Systems Analyst formulates and defines systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Position overview BA will be reviewing SDLC adherence by team.
Position's General Duties and Tasks: Reviewing a targeted number of releases each week to check adherence to 20 SDLC standards/control requirements.
Checking several reports, compiling/documenting results by team, and then communicating those results to team leaders They will also need to be able to answer questions and emails from the teams about their results.
Follow up and escalate as needed if teams don't reply in the timeframe expected.
Roll up/document/report on progress of all SDLC adherence reviews completed.
As this is a new process, they will be expected to speak up to make suggestions to improve process and documentation.
Qualifications Must have Skills: Some technical knowledge to understand terminology Must have good written communication skills.
Must be self-disciplined and able to work independently with guidance and support from an associate Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or undergraduate.
