We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Senior Associate to join our team in Escazu, San Jose, Costa Rica.
**Position's General Duties and Tasks**:
- Works on assignments where independent judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
- Works on problems where facts may be incomplete or in a form not readily usable, where further investigation is necessary to define problems before proceeding.
- Determines research methods, identifies appropriate source materials, and prepares standard and complex documents at the request of operating unit served.
- Risk & Control R&C of the IT area.
- Responsible for the coordination of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA) for the IT area and its alignment with local and regional teams.
- Identify key controls in IT processes.
- Execute controls related to the IT area, as well as monitor their results.
- Identify emerging risks for the IT area.
- Provide support to the IT area in the "Annual Risk Assessment" and "Quartly Risk Assessment" processes, in coordination with the regional and local teams.
- Regulatory Compliance SUGEF Regulations
- Provide support in the preparation and coordination of the ordinary and extraordinary IT Technology Regulatory Committees (preparation of presentations, preparation of the calendar of ordinary sessions, documentation of the minutes resulting from the sessions).
- Provide support to regional control and risk teams in internal and proactive IT reviews, especially in obtaining local evidence.
- Compliance with the Record Management policy.
- Annually update the inventory of IT-related records.
- Coordinate with the local area (OTRC) the deletion, addition and/or destruction of IT inventory records.
- Keep Record Management SharePoint updated, as well as other locations where documents/records that are on hold are stored.
- Carry out updating of local IT procedural documentation as appropriate.
- Coordinate IT with the CoB representatives of the areas (BRC) the fulfillment of the annual Business Continuity programs and processes according to the plan and schedule of activities that the regional office determines during the year: BIA (Impact Analysis of processes), BRP (Definition and documentation of contingency processes), CMP (Crisis management), Local and regional testing, etc.

- Proficient writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good client service skills.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines and work independently.
- Depth of knowledge of administrative and organizational processes.
- Experience managing audit processes, record management and MCA.
**Education Requirements**
- University Diploma in IT processes management or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
- ITIL is a plus.
