This position is an individual contributor role and will join a growing team involved in managing business operations for strategic clients around the world. This role will be responsible for assisting the leadership team in managing Rhythm of Business and planning motions, managing the reconciliation and processing of invoices for a local client, and project managing cross-team initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **
Strategic Planning Support**: Participate in strategic planning and support leadership in meeting the company's business goals and objectives.
- ** Scorecard Management**: Support leadership in preparation of internal and executive business reviews and help to support commentary.
- ** Leadership Staff Meetings**: Schedule meetings, refine agenda and take notes from the leadership team monthly sessions. Follow up and track action items and manage Teams Channel.
- ** Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of computer equipment and make purchasing decisions based on business needs.
- ** Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure all business activities comply with international and domestic laws and regulations, especially FTZ and Customs.
- ** Oversee Import/Export Logistics**: Manage all aspects of importing and exporting computer equipment, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation. Will require local travel within the general metropolitan area to coordinate and meet customs requirements and equipment delivery.
- ** Support Costa Rica Country Manager**: Support the Costa Rica Country Manager on a variety of tactical deliverables include Inventory Management, Free Trade Zone Compliance and overall business support.
- ** Process Improvement**: Continually assess, improve, and manage the company's import/export process to increase efficiency and effectiveness and to ensure timely processing.
- ** Vendor Management**: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and support leadership in negotiating contracts to ensure the best cost and quality of computer equipment.
- ** Team Culture**: Plan and execute team offsites and morale events.
- ** Presentation Scheduling**: Arrange preparation and review meetings for presentations.
- ** Presentation Materials**: Manage presentation resources, drive presentations to completion, and provide editing support on team slides.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of Business Administration and business support experience - supporting leadership with business planning, operations management, strategy planning, and project management as needed.
- Strong verbal and written English communications skills and ability to explain complex insights with clarity and precision.
- Knowledge of international and domestic laws and regulations related to business activities especially Free Trade Zone and Customs.
- Experience in assessing and improving business processes.
- Ability to participate in strategic planning sessions to support leadership with business goals and objectives.
- Experience in managing scorecards and updating monthly MBR slides.
- Knowledge of import/export logistics, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and support with negotiating contracts.
- Skills in monitoring inventory levels and making purchasing decisions based on business needs.
- Experience in planning and executing team offsites and morale events.
- Ability to schedule meetings, refine agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Skills in arranging preparation and review meetings for presentations.
- Ability to manage presentation resources, drive presentations to completion, and provide editing support on team slides.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint.
- Strong Excel skills required and experience with Power BI is preferred.
- Experience in a high-tech industry preferred.
