3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of business process mapping experience with process tools such as MS Visio.

Key job responsibilities
**1. Process Identification and Documentation**:
- Identify, analyze, and document existing business processes across various departments and regions.
- Utilize value-stream mapping techniques to provide a holistic view of end-to-end processes.
**2. Mapping and Analysis**:
- Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and value-stream maps, emphasizing end-to-end visualization.
- Analyze and evaluate processes for effectiveness, and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, automation and optimization.
**3. Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate and enhance process documentation.
- Build a closed loop optimization system to support our program.
**4. Standardization and Best Practices**:
- Drive the standardization of processes across the organization, leveraging business process modeling notations (BPMN2.0) best practices.
**5. Continuous Improvement**:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for processes and regularly assess performance.
