Process Identification and Documentation**:- Identify, analyze, and document existing business processes across various departments and regions.- Utilize value-stream mapping techniques to provide a holistic view of end-to-end processes.**2. Mapping and Analysis**:- Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and value-stream maps, emphasizing end-to-end visualization.- Analyze and evaluate processes for effectiveness, and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, automation and optimization.**3. Stakeholder Collaboration**:- Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate and enhance process documentation.- Build a closed loop optimization system to support our program.**4. Standardization and Best Practices**:- Drive the standardization of processes across the organization, leveraging business process modeling notations (BPMN2.0) best practices.**5. Continuous Improvement**:- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for processes and regularly assess performance.San Jose, CRI- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
