**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for global quarter close readiness, transacting compliantly, & reporting
- Use data and business insights to deliver critical transaction forecasts for capacity planning, and to inform the business on emerging trends
- Readiness planning & risk management to ensure successful compliant transaction processing
- Drive an environment of continuous learning/improvement, drive positive change across global Business Operations and business stakeholders
- Develop and foster key internal relationships with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Professional Services, Contracts, Product Management and Business Operations personnel
- Use data to glean insights to detect and mitigate business risk
- Support critical prioritizations & escalations to resolution across multiple stakeholder groups
- Provide key insights from a Business Operations perspective into listening systems for future enhancements of policy & capabilities to enable a more streamlined transaction engine
- Provide data insights to key stakeholders on volume, complexity, and programmatic trends
- Drive transformational change as we move to a more digitized business, assess how we need to continually evolve in key processes/scope from a transaction engine perspective
- Embody our culture and values.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years' work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience
- Business level fluency to read, write and speak English.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Demonstrated work experience in an operations environment
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements in highly complex and rapidly changing environment
- Solid business knowledge and ability to set clear expectations around business outcomes within a global multi-site organization
- Data analytics and forecasting skills
- Proven experience of influencing across groups, managing individuals both directly and indirectly to achieve a common goal
- Demonstrated change and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multinational environment, working across multiple lines of business
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with a keen understanding of how to drive results
- Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture (be both broad and deep)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills (open, confident communicator effective in all levels of engagement)
- Utilizes direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others.
