**Job Description** What you get to do in this role**:
- Dual responsibilities: Subject matter experience in Subscription usage, reviewing and associating with Contractual data, Compliance business rules, and Project Management responsibilities.
- Subject Matter Responsibilities include:
- Understand compliance reports on subscription usage across customers globally, interpreting usage and reviewing contractual data to help our customers understand their usage of the ServiceNow Platform
- Interpret and analyze overages to facilitate compliance revenue generation, as well as to enable sales teams around use verification tools, compliance status of their customers and true-up opportunities
- Understand association of subscription, license, usage, and contractual data into sales team.
- Work with Business Intelligence team on ways to improve use verification & compliance on future developments of the ServiceNow platform
- Understand all business SLAs and operational KPIs related to compliance processes
- Project Management Responsibilities include:
- Undertake responsibility as a senior, e2e Project Manager to deliver critical GDM and/or cross-enterprise projects
- Be a single point of control and contact to own projects - lead to desired outcomes.
Consult with internal GDM and SN stakeholders to drive charter, requirements, testing plans, delivery, and measure monitoring.
- Manage critical project communications across team members and influence decision making to leadership and steering
- Review and analyze content and data to measure performance
Analyze processes and help re-design (process engineer) to-be business process to achieve goals.
- Develop KPIs for to-be desired outcomes
- Manage overall project calendar and prioritization
- Develops overall project plan models, templates, and resourcing requirements
Creates and manages individual project plans, status reports, communications, and delivery accountability
- Transforms current project planning tools by aligning with best practice systems and processes at SN and the industry (SDLC and PMI-based)
**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:
- Minimum 8-10 years' strong experience in project management; PMI certified preferred
- Minimum 6-8 years' strong experience in data analytics, subscription software, licensing, and contract/compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels
- A 'can do' attitude to fast-paced and dynamic situations, challenges
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business requirements and value statements, and drive business requirements into matching test use cases
- Extensive experience with organization methodologies for large volumes of content including folder architectures and metadata
- Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
Ability to communicate with and manage stakeholders outside the enablement organization, build a team of advocates
- Proficient in Project Management software (plans) and demonstrated ability to build and deliver communication collateral (decks, workshop orchestration, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Exposure to working cross-functionally with different teams and nationalities
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with a penchant for problem solving
