Support and coordinate end to end Finance process improvement projects including process analysis, design, and overall execution.
Advise and support project teams through project identification, planning (scope and goals definition, project roles and responsibilities, deliverables, results measurement) and execution.
- Support the coordination of large cross functional projects across Moody's
- Act as a champion to bring process-centric thinking and behavior.
Facilitate the creation of standard processes, metrics and process management tools to sustain, adapt, and continuously improve.
Challenge teams to think differently and approach problems in a new way.
Support the overall business enablement strategy implementation of the process excellence program - including contributing with new ideas
- Provide coaching and mentoring and contribute to the development of trainings and workshops on project management and process improvement.
- Support administration, maintenance and improvements of Process Excellence SharePoint and PowerBi Process Excellence KPI Dashboard.
Engage with stakeholders to track and collect project metrics results
- Actively participate in Process Excellence Communications and support the creation of related content
- A minimum of 3-5 years project management / process improvement experience
- Experience with 6 Sigma, Lean, Agile, Design Thinking
- Strong process mapping and Visio skills
- Proficient in Power Point, Excel and SharePoint;
- Power Bi skills are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to all levels of
the organization
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate teams through solution of complex business
problems using a variety of techniques and approaches
- Ability to form trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization and
motivate others to achieve results
- Demonstrated great team work capacity
- Must have strong sense of accountability, organizational skills and desire to
innovate
