Key Responsibilities
Contract and Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
Procurement to Pay Processes:
- Streamline and optimize procurement to pay processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless transaction flows.
- Implement best practices in procurement and payment cycles.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and process improvements.
Data Validation and Cleansing:
- Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to manage large datasets.
- Develop and maintain data standards and procedures.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and ERP systems is a plus.
Experience, Education, and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract and vendor management and procurement processes.
