The ideal candidate will possess deep analytical capabilities, particularly in data validation and cleansing, and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.-Some of What You'll DoScope of the Role:Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reportsKey ResponsibilitiesContract and Vendor Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors.Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms.Procurement to Pay Processes:Streamline and optimize procurement to pay processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless transaction flows.Implement best practices in procurement and payment cycles.Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and process improvements.Data Validation and Cleansing:Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Utilize advanced analytical techniques to manage large datasets.Develop and maintain data standards and procedures.Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Technical Proficiency:Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools.Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with data visualization tools and ERP systems is a plus.Experience, Education, and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.Additional Requirements:Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.Proactive and results driven.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.Demonstrated experience in data validation, cleansing, and analysis.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.#LI-Hybrid-Why You Should Join UsJoin us as we write a new chapter, guided by world-class leadership.
